  2. Offer Details: Each necktag entitles the bearer to one free distillery tour at Witchmark Distillery only. Tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  3. Redemption Process: To redeem, scan the QR code on the necktag, enter the code WITCHMARK25 at checkout, and complete the booking process.
  4. Limited Availability: Tours are subject to limited availability. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Proof of Promotion: Customers are encouraged to bring the necktag or provide proof of the offer upon arrival at the distillery.
  6. Offer Expiry: This promotion is valid until 31st December 2025. Bookings must be made and redeemed before this date.
  7. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative: The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
  8. Promotion Monitoring & Withdrawal: Witchmark Distillery reserves the right to monitor redemption rates and withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  9. Booking Amendments: Once booked, any changes or cancellations are subject to Witchmark Distillery’s standard booking policies.
  10. Other Conditions: Witchmark Distillery reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraudulent activity is suspected. All tours are subject to the distillery’s general terms of service.
