Delivery Information

We offer 48 hour delivery service through our courier DHL. Orders placed before 8am will be shipped the same working day, orders placed after 8am will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 8.00am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We aim to ship Mon-Fri (not including Bank holidays)

We aim to have orders delivered within the 48 hours of placing the order, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. If we become aware of any unexpected delays we shall contact you via the email in your order. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We are unable to accept liability for any delays but you may contact us to seek a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If you do not receive your order or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at
everything@witchmark.co.uk and we shall get back to you as soon as we can.

We currently only deliver to Mainland England, Wales and selected areas of Scotland.

We do not currently ship to Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

We are working on launching shipping to these locations and internationally. Please contact us or check back for further updates.

Collect in person

If collection is selected at checkout, please call 01747 356110 or email everything@witchmark.co.uk to confirm a collection time. Please be aware this the phones may not be answered if the Visitors Centre is closed (Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays) Due to team work hours this may not be able to be the day of ordering but we will try our best to accommodate.

Returns Policy

We provide a 15 day refund/return policy from the date you receive your order.

We ONLY will issue returns or refunds for incorrect items, damaged items, quality issues.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations we cannot resell unwanted items therefore will not refund unwanted items.

To start the refund/return process. Please contact everything@witchmark.co.uk with order number, information on the issue and a photo (if required)
