Witchmark Stone Carving Experience

Step into the story behind Witchmark Distillery with our immersive two-hour Stone Carving Experience.

Set within our historic barn on the Fonthill Estate, this hands-on workshop introduces the ancient marks that inspired our name, inviting you to explore heritage, symbolism, and craft in a truly distinctive setting.

Led by qualified stonemason and heritage conservator Toby Robson, you’ll discover the original witchmarks found within the distillery, learn their meanings and traditional geometric methods, and carve your own design in locally sourced Chilmark stone or slate.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary G&T or soft drink, tea or coffee, and you’ll also enjoy 10% off 70cl bottles purchased on the day.

This is a rare chance to slow down, learn a traditional craft, and create something with your own hands in a setting that inspired the Witchmark story itself.
