Witchmark X Amathus Spirited Union Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Witchmark Distillery Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13004479, with its registered office at Witchmark Distillery, Fonthill Bishop, Salisbury, SP3 5SG.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Witchmark Distillery Ltd, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have a valid email address.

3. Entry Period

The competition opens at the time of posting to social media, and closes at 23:59 BST on 31st October 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, enter your first name, last name and email address.

5. Prize

The prize is a signed shirt from the Bath Rugby squad and one bottle of Spirited Union Gin.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random.

The draw will take place on 6 November 2026.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

The promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the promoter's privacy policy at https://witchmark.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy 

By entering the competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, unless they notify the promoter otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

10. Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
