Distilled from single-origin barley grown in the rolling heartland just beyond Bath’s Recreation Ground, this is a classic, juniper-forward gin with a modern edge. Vibrant juniper, bright orange zest and the aromatic warmth of cinnamon and cubeb are balanced by bay leaf and coriander for a savoury, citrus-spiced depth.
