Step into the world of cocktail making with our immersive 90-minute Cocktail Workshop.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll explore the stories, techniques and flavours behind classic cocktails, travelling from Victorian London to 1990s New York before creating a drink of your own.

Led by Ross, Witchmark’s cocktail specialist, you’ll learn how to build, shake and balance drinks using gin, vodka, citrus, syrups, garnish and mixers.

During the class, you’ll make a bright Gin Cup, a classic Cosmopolitan, and your own original punch-style cocktail, using the skills you’ve picked up along the way.

Designed to be sociable, hands-on and full of flavour, this is a guided journey through the history and craft of cocktail making, from early punch bowls and Victorian garden-party drinks to the shaken serves that defined modern cocktail culture.
