This limited release spirit is drawn directly from our copper pot stills and bottled at 60% ABV.  Offering you the chance to experience the unadulterated character of Witchmark spirit before it begins its maturation journey.

Crafted from barley grown in the fields of Wiltshire’s historic Fonthill Estate and water drawn from the chalk aquifers beneath its downs, this spirit embodies our grain-to-glass philosophy. Slow fermentation and generous distillation cuts create a light, fruity, and creamy profile designed to carry the essence of the land into maturation.

Already smooth and full of character, this Distiller’s Cut is a promise of the single malts that will debut from Witchmark in 2027.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh, clean, and malty.

Palate: Smooth and creamy with gentle warmth, lifted by notes of toasted biscuit and apple tart.

Finish: Long and textural, with lingering malty sweetness and rich creaminess.

A great base spirit on which to build superior cocktails, or else just sip with a dash of water.

We offer 48 hour delivery service through our courier DHL. Orders placed before 8am will be shipped the same working day, orders placed after 8am will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 8.00am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We currently only deliver to Mainland England, Wales and selected areas of Scotland.  We do not currently ship to Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. Please contact our visitor centre team to discuss shipment options.
